The Guardians of Galaxy - Hollywood Movie Review

Movie Review:

Peter Quill (Chris Pratt), a bounty hunter, is chased by powerful enemies Ronan (Lee Pace) and his lord Thanos (Josh Brolin) after he steals a mysterious silver orb hidden on an abandoned and lifeless planet, Morag. To prevent the rob from going in wrong hands and save the galaxy, Quill forms a powerful team with four individuals – warrior woman Gamora (Saldana), the destroyer Drax (Bautista), genetically engineered gun-fighting raccoon Rocket (Cooper) and a tree-like humanoid Groot (Diesel).

Chris Pratt is at his best as Quill, Zoe Saldana is pleasant as Gamora, wrestler Dave Bautista does his job well as Drax, and voice of Bradley Cooper for Rocket and Vin Diesel for Groot is most entertaining part of the movie.

All the characters are well thought out and are refreshingly innovative. Guardians of the Galaxy is an intense space action-adventure thriller with excellent script, good sense of humour, perfect starcast, stunning camerawork, special effects and amazing soundtrack.

The Bottom Line: The best special effect of 2014 and one of the best from Marvels. Movie of the year so far. Must watch!
